Martin Brice

Martin Brice

Martin is a retired journalist with more than 20 years at the Financial Times. He is a keen runner and cyclist and helps organise Parkrun. He is Chair of Tunbridge Wells Welcomes Refugees. He’s also a board member of Trinity Theatre and a Commons Conservator. He has been a Culverden Councillor since 2022. Martin has lived in Culverden for 29 years.

David Osborne

David Osborne

David is a retired finance professional, and a keen amateur historian of Culverden. He is a freeholder of the Tunbridge Wells & Rusthall Commons, where he enjoys walking his dog Roy. He is a Friend of Trinity Theatre, and a member of the Civic Society. He was elected a councillor for Culverden in 2023. David has lived in Culverden for 35 years.

Justine Rutland

Justine Rutland

Justine is a professional copywriter. She has been a councillor in Culverden since 2019 and the Cabinet Member for Economic Development since 2022. She is a keen supporter of local businesses and the arts.  She sits on the RTW in Bloom committee and is a Friend of the Commons. Justine was born and grew up here and returned 20 years ago to bring up her family.
