Ben Chapelard

Ben Chapelard

Ben is a secondary school languages teacher, and a former rugby referee. He has lived in the local area for over 20 years. He is a founding member of Friends of the Park. Ben has been a St James' councillor for 14 years and has been Leader of Tunbridge Wells Borough Council since 2022. Ben lives in St James’ with his wife and children who attend local schools.

Courtney Souper

Courtney Souper

Courtney is a dental nurse and a volunteer with Dentaid, a dental access charity. She is passionate about increasing access to healthcare for everyone. She has been working with the other Lib Dem councillors over the past year to report potholes to KCC, which now plans to resurface some roads as a result. Courtney grew up in Tunbridge Wells and lives in St James’.

Rob Wormington

Rob Wormington

Rob works for an armed forces charity, helping support veterans and serving personnel. In his spare time he enjoys board games and long walks. He was elected in 2021 as a councillor for St James’ and has loved every minute of it! Rob lives in St James’ with his wife and cats.
