Mark Ellis

Mark has been a Borough Councillor for seven years, representing two of the four wards in Tunbridge Wells North Division – first St John's and now Southborough and Bidborough.

He is the Borough Council Cabinet member for Innovation and Transformation where he is focused on improving training, technology and productivity for council staff.

Mark grew up in St John's and has lived in Southborough with his family for six years. He works for AXA Health and has a background in finance.
